My work: Sensual'Été
Sensual'Été was written over the course of a summer. Marked by the fleeting nature of holidays, it is composed of brief instants, moments taken from life, in the form of erotic stories. The author-spectator captures everyday situations and reveals all their sublimity: an unexpected meeting, an improvised lunch, the flirtatious conversation of a brief encounter. An ambiance as light as it is sparkling, as every summer romance should be, a sensual context of perfume and golden suntan. A glance, a look, the eyes are the essential protagonists in this narrative written in verse, charmed by each subtle detail: a tattoo, painted nails, jewellery.
Sensual’Été celebrates the intensity of life whilst assuming its frivolity. The words are direct, faithful to the reality being staged: the body on display (a cleavage, a sexy dance, a swimsuit), a playful game, the complicity of a look, an embrace that knows no limits. Desire, with all the fantasies that surround it - charm, enchantment, waiting, arousal, madness, ecstasy, excess, distraction - is ever-present.
With its “everyday muses”, Sensual'Été is a hymn to feminine beauty. The seductive Dulcinea with her lovely face, the woman of Sensual'Été - so human, so divine - inspires adoration. The man - embodied by the writer - , bewitched, allows himself to be led along her chosen path: that of liberated sensuality, leading to a fusional love.
